各位關心惠民實業股份有限公司的長官、先進、朋友、協力廠商以及同事們大家好:
Dear senior officials, friends, subcontractors and colleagues:
惠民成立已逾十寒暑,全賴大夥胼手又胝足,如今員工超過一千數。
致力水利環保的業務,從事工程操作諸項目,專業專心從來不含糊。
企業精神文化再貫注,工程職場倫理常宣佈,日後必將順利展鴻圖。
嘉惠於民之神聖任務,繼往開來之經營坦途,須靠大家作伙來加油。
期望先進眾友再恩助,協力商同事不辭勞苦,為咱企業文化永監督。
For more than one decade, over one thousand workers in Huimin have devoted themselves to water conservancy and the engineering industry. Led by professionals and our entrepreneurial spirit, we made an extreme effort to expand the business and contribute to society. While we enjoy what we have reaped,we again,have to plow and sow. Working hard and cooperating with each other, we must supervise the enterprise to envision a bright future.
壹、惠民的企業精神 Ⅰ. Enterprise Spirit of Huimin
1. 經營哲學 Management Philosophy
以緣惜情,以情結義(義氣、義務、義舉) ,以義創利,利益共享。
We are bound by fate and driven by loyalty. We earn and share together.
2. 價值觀念 Values
個人為惠民企業服務,惠民企業為社會服務,
All personnel of company offer their services to Huimin, and Huimin offers services to society.
從而建立優質的品質“嘉惠於民",
We offer high-quality products to customers.
進而保障人民生命財產的安全、以及回饋社會鄉里的價值觀念。
We take care of the lives and possessions of people and make contributions to the country and society.
3. 企業特質 Enterprise Characteristics
和諧、活力、踏實;檢討(統計分析)、精進、創新;永保最強競爭力、永續經營並獲利。
We are harmonic, energetic and reliable. We focus on revision (statistical perspective), progress and innovation. We keep ourselves competitive and aim for a sustainable operation.

堅持品質(合約成本內)、信守承諾、回饋社會。
Quality assurance (under budget baseline), promise keeping, and contributions to society.
5. 團體意識 Group Consciousness

Personal work and behavior are to realize the enterprise goal of Huimin.
身為惠民企業的成員而感到自豪,對惠民企業的成就產生榮譽感,

Thus, view Huimin’s goals as of personal interest.

貳、惠民的企業文化 Ⅱ. Enterprise Culture of Huimin
1. 組織體成員的價值觀 Standards and Values of Community
視企業為大家庭且為命運共同體,相互的信賴、相互支持及支援;
We view the company as a big family, and share a common destiny. We offer mutual trust and support to each other.
不斷求新求進的專業導向,不怕做錯事只怕不做事的實幹精神。
Pursue constant improvement on specialty and cultivate a pragmatic spirit that does not fear doing things wrong, but only fears doing nothing.
2. 經營理念目標的認知 Awareness of Business Goal
工作的意義及目標深入了解,革新策略積極配合,企業成員相互信賴。
We must understand the purpose of work and our business goal. We must work according to our innovation policy. Then, We must follow the lead and believe in each other.
3. 內部溝通與資訊蒐集 Internal communication and collection of information are highly valued.
有利公司資訊情報蒐集,企業問題挖掘改善,上下左右溝通良好;
Good internal communication is essential for the company to collect information and discover problems within the organization. It provides the company with a better chance to solve these problems and will, in return, enable even better communication among all employees.
對內勇於直言、對外口徑一致、百分百向心力,並以積極實踐主義配合。
Therefore, all employees are encouraged to be outspoken on issues related to the company, while being cooperative and always placing the common interests of the company first when dealing with people outside of the organization. This idea must really be put into action.
4. 改善方案、創新構思 Proposals on improvements and innovative viewpoints are warmly welcomed.
主動提出有建設性改善構想、並自主實行;
Constructive advice on improvements as well as self-motivated practice are most welcome.
不怕冒險、具高度挑戰的精神,勇於提出不同的意見與看法;
We should also be willing to take risks and challenges and not be afraid of speaking up from our own points of view.
5. 員工留職企業的心態 Employees are willing to devote themselves to the company.
惠民企業是一個值得委以終身的大家庭,各階層兄友弟恭,相互學習、相互成長。
Huimin Co., Ltd. is the best choice for one’s lifelong career and is a big family where all leaders and employees respect each other, learn from each other, and grow together.
6. 勞動動機與賞罰意見 Motivation to work is possessed by all employees, and the rules of rewards and punishment, are followed.
對於工作具強烈的責任感,不被指示時,亦能主動自發地工作;
All employees have a strong sense of responsibility, which motivates them to work even when they are not assigned to.
團隊精神極佳,各部門相互合作和競爭、並賞罰分明。
Also, with excellent team spirit as well as set rules of rewards and punishment, all divisions are able to cooperate and compete with each other.
7. 自我控制應有的態度 The necessary attitude of self-control.
善於自我控制,並能正確的預測結果;不做惡意抵制、詆毀及人身攻擊;
Employees should be capable of controlling themselves and making correct judgment. Any intentional opposition, defamation, and personal attack will not be welcomed.
無論在職與否決不做出傷害惠民企業及同仁的言論與行為。
Whether incumbent or not, employees should never speak or act against the interests of Huimin Co., Ltd.
參、惠民的工程職場倫理
III. Career Ethics of Huimin
1. 尊重: Respect:
尊重各階層職務與意見;尊敬各階層職位與領導;尊重對方的名譽與形象
Respect the career and opinion of each class; respect the position and leadership of each class; respect the reputation and image of the other side
嚴守各種標準作業程序(操作SOP、維護SMP、勞工安全守則等)。
Strictly comply with each standard operation procedure (operate SOP, maintain SMP, labor safety principles and so on).
2. 包容: Tolerance:
湖海愈大愈容百川、稻穗愈實愈屈躬低頭;即使差異再大,也要嘗試合作。
The bigger the sea is, the more rivers run into it; the fuller the ear is of rice-grain, the lower it bends; even though our differences are big, cooperation is our goal.
3. 欣賞: Admiration:
欣賞競爭對手、即能改善自我;即使利益衝突,也能待為馬首;
Admire your competitor in order to improve yourself; even though it is a conflict of interest. You can still be the head of general’s horse;
沒有競爭則無法進步、更不能彰顯自己的重要與價值。
If there is no competition, there is no improvement and one’s own importance and value can not be manifested.
4. 接納: Acceptance:
“十年修得同船渡”珍惜同仁共事及為業主服務的機會和緣分,
“It takes ten years to cross the river by boat with a particular person” Cherish the opportunity and fate of working together with colleagues and working for the proprietor,
多為對方立場著想;這世界固然不能沒有你,但也不能沒有他。
to think more from the standpoint of the other side; this world can not be run without you and him.
5. 肯定: Approval:
賞罰分明重分際,處罰往往是最後工具;
Dispense rewards and punishments impartially and emphasize discipline; punishment is usually the last tool;
無論褒貶重善意,切勿一意孤行又臭屁;
No matter if it is complimentary or derogatory, a good intention is emphasized; do not act willfully and arrogantly;
肯定表現與能力,協助其人不足和失意。
Recognize performance and capability assist those with deficiencies, and deal with the frustration of others.
